Cajun Cutlet Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
2tbsp. shredded parsley,newly
2 tsp.lemon crushed juice
1 teaspoon. lemon peel, shredded
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of newly pepper, newly andground
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4tsp.pepper,ground & red
8 cutlets, size 1/2 inch thickess, (Chicken)
6 tablespoon of melted butter/ vegetable oil
Italian Bread sliced into 16 pieces of 1/2 inch thickness,
Toasted round loaf Italian bread, from lg,
2 lettuce
16 onion , dices, red

Directions:

In a small sink, combine the lemon juce with parsley & mayonnaise and cover. In another wide bowl, put red pepper, salt, cumin, paprika & finally the peper and mix together.

Incorporate the chicken to wide bowl’s combination and mix while coating and layer some butter or vegetable oil on the two sides of chicken.

Display the chicken mixture one by one on a polish paper and meanhile preheat the a wide skillet at an average temperature until smoking. Cook 1/2 portion of chicken’s mixture for around 2 minsute and be sure to cook the two surfaces of the chicken.

Cover the chicken in a serving dish,so that the chicken remain warmth….Same step with rest of chicken mixture. Layer the italian bread with some mayonnaise and lemon juice.

Put eight salad leaves, four pieces of onion, the chicken mixture and finally cover with next bread slice.

Chef Tips: For a complete meal, serve with a salad or simply a potato salad..
